Terms of Use

Last updated: May 16, 2026

These terms are a starting point for Coast When. They cover basic use of the product and should be reviewed before publication for business, regulatory, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Using the service

You may use Coast When to model financial scenarios for personal planning purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you interpret the results.

You may not use the service to interfere with the site, bypass restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse shared links.

No financial advice

Coast When provides planning tools and projections, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or retirement advice.

Forecasts depend on assumptions and may differ materially from real-world outcomes. You should evaluate important decisions with appropriate professional advice.

Your content and shared links

You retain responsibility for the financial information you upload, enter, or share. If you create a shared link, you are responsible for deciding what information is included and who receives it.

Anyone with the full shared link may be able to access the shared plan view. Use the privacy controls carefully and avoid sharing links you do not intend others to open.

Availability and changes

Coast When may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every projection, import, or share flow will remain compatible over time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast When will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on forecasts, user input errors, data loss, or link sharing.
